Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The item was delivered within the last [10 DAYS]
The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
You provide valid proof of purchase (Order ID / confirmation message)
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing parts
The request is made after the return window
2. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be raised within [10 DAYS] of delivery
For damaged or wrong products, you must inform us within [24 Hours]
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Inspection will be completed within [24–48 Hours]

Approved refunds are processed within [5–7 BUSINESS DAYS]
Refund Method:
Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
COD orders → Refunded via UPI / Bank Transfer
Note: Banks or payment providers may take extra time to reflect the refund.
4. Exchanges
We offer free replacement (exchange) in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product
Missing parts/items

Product photos/videos
5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within [24 Hours] of delivery
Share clear unboxing video/photos as proof
After verification, we will:
Send a replacement at no cost, OR
Provide a full refund
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as “No Return” or “Final Sale”
Personal use items (if opened/used)
Perishable goods
Digital products or gift cards
Customized / made-to-order products
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product):
→ We cover return shipping
If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, dislike, etc.):
→ Customer must pay return shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within [12 HOURS] of placing the order
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
9. Important Notes (For Transparency)
Slight color or design variation may occur due to lighting and screen differences
Delivery delays due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds
We reserve the right to deny fraudulent or abusive return requests
